Implementing Organisational Interventions

The ultimate goal of occupational health psychology is to improve the safety, health, and well-being of workers (National Institute for Occupational Safety & Health, 2008). To achieve that, we need to
implement well-designed, theory-driven interventions. Our research in this area spans from conducting systematic reviews on organizational-level interventions to designing and implementing evidence-based interventions to address issues that are facing an organization or an occupation.

If you are interested in our work in creating organisational change, we are running a free webinar on November 10th, 2022, covering organisation-level interventions for workplace stress. Click below if you would like to know more.
